Privacy Policy
What we collect on this site, how it’s used, and your choices — in plain English.
Last updated: May 14, 2026
This privacy policy explains how Mike Skultety Photography (“we,” “us,” or “the site”) collects and uses information when you visit mikeskultety.com.
What we collect
- Contact form submissions. If you send a message through the Contact page, we receive the name, email address, and message you provide.
- Newsletter signups. If you subscribe to the newsletter, we collect your email address. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any newsletter email.
- Basic visit data. Like most websites, our hosting provider logs standard request information (IP address, browser, referring page, pages viewed). This is used for site performance and security.
How we use it
- To reply to your messages.
- To send the newsletter you subscribed to (and the lead-magnet guide, if applicable).
- To understand how the site is used so we can make it better.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for advertising…ever!
Third-party services we use
This site uses a small number of trusted services. Each handles your data under its own privacy policy:
- Web3Forms — processes Contact form submissions and forwards them to Mike.
- MailerLite (or comparable email service) — manages newsletter subscriptions and sends emails.
- The print lab and print storefront — when you place a print order, your order information is processed by the dedicated print fulfillment partner and storefront platform (linked separately from this site).
- Google Fonts — serves the typefaces used on this site.
- Hosting provider — serves the site and keeps standard server logs.
Cookies
This site itself does not set tracking or advertising cookies. Third-party services linked from this site (such as the print storefront) may use their own cookies under their own policies.
Your choices and rights
- Unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the link in any newsletter email.
- Request deletion of any data we hold about you (Contact form submissions, newsletter subscription) by emailing the address on the Contact page.
- Opt out of analytics at the browser level using Do Not Track or a privacy extension.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we’ll update the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will be noted on the homepage for a reasonable period.

This policy is provided as a reasonable starting point for a portfolio site. Mike, you may want a lawyer to review before launch if you plan to sell prints internationally or process EU/UK customer data.
